Global FX company seeks Head of Trading for Channel Isles. Reporting to the CEO the role will have overall responsibility for the day to day operation of the e-trading division’s channel island operation with a focus on business development (retail & institutional).
Our client, an international financial services company operating globally is seeking to appoint a key role within the senior management team. The new role reports to the CEO and will have overall responsibility for the day to day operation of the e-trading division (Channel Isles) with focus on business development (retail and institutional).
Duties
· Initiate and execute plans to penetrate new European markets
· Research and build offerings to attract institutional and retail business
· Assist in the development of a business plan in promoting sales and marketing campaigns.
· Assist in the development and implementation of growth targets for the business in line with the organization’s overall values and targets
· Responsible for submitting budget plans for the company and working within the approved plans.
· Enhance and also build where necessary, processes and systems and features to support online and offline business growth
· Work closely with the marketing department to implement marketing campaigns
· To train and manage the day to day performance and related issues of direct reports

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
The candidate
We are seeking a candidate with excellent sales, marketing and promotional background and in addition e-commerce experience is essential with at least 5 years experience with a financial organisation preferably FX &/Or E-Platform exposure. Very good knowledge of MIFIT, MOF, FX regulations and procedures and general European regulatory knowledge. A Degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing, legal or other relevant), masters degree is desirable, excellent Managerial experience (people and processes).
