Sensor Assembly Technician
(contract Position)

Continued profitable growth has given rise to the need to expand our manufacturing team to meet our new opportunities and challenges. We are looking for a skilled and motivated employee to join our team. This is a three (3) month contract position with a possibility of developing into a full time permanent position.
The Role:
Reporting to the Production Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for sensor assembly, troubleshooting and calibration.
Sensor Assembly :
· Assemble of sensors according to the documentation
· Troubleshooting of sensors during and after assembly
· Identify and Review materials required for the builds
· Review documentation for sensor designs
Calibration:
· Calibration of sensor using XSENSOR calibration equipment and documented processes |

The Candidate:
It is important that the successful candidate possess the following education, experience and personality:
Education:
· Minimum Grade 12
· Post Secondary Technical degree an asset
Experience:
· Excellent computer skills (PC Windows environment)
· Good hands on crafts & sewing type skills
· Creative and innovative thinking
· Good with numbers and measurements
· Excellent manual dexterity with good attention to detail
· Electronics manufacturing experience an asset
Personal Characteristics:
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Team Player |
