The Job Roles and Responsibilities :
•Handle large, institutional accounts, which have long sales cycle and actively ensure progress in the sales process.
•Manage a team of Account Managers and ensure effective team management.
•Cover all the accounts assigned, build relationship with decision makers to managing Key Accounts and Identify the opportunities for the new products/ services & enhance the existing infrastructure for additional revenue.
•Maintaining and increasing business from existing customers.
•Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.
•Ensure timely collections from the set of assigned accounts and maintain a healthy business.
•Champion the customer’s cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, top-class support.
•Escalate customer issues, process anomalies and pain points in a timely manner to seniors.
•Report sales data, competition information and market data as per requirements.
•Experience in selling one or more products & services in the area of - Connectivity or Network services, Hosting services, Managed (Enterprise IP) Voice, Security solutions, Managed infrastructure services, System integration services.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
•9-15 years experience in a relevant industry.
•Extremely good communication skills
•Candidates with branded application software and/or IT hardware sales background with a mindset for solution/services selling would also fit.
•Has been handling teams of aggressive sales personnel.
•Direct sales and Key account Management experience is a must.
•Strong communication skills (both written & verbal), relationship & selling skills
•Teaming, liasoning, relationship Management, negotiation & business knowledge.
