Applicant will complete internship with the completion of one on-site event. During internship, applicant will display knowledge by submitting assignments (i.e. presentations on local trends, contract review, vendor confirmations, venue scouting, seating assignments, etc.). After successful completion, intern may be offered a paid position as an Event Coordinator Assistant. |
| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Applicant must have good customer service skills, a general knowledge of current trends and be able to display knowledge of linen types, flowers, cake descriptions, décor, etc. Applicant must also be detail oriented with the ability to convey strong written and oral communication skills. He/she will at some time be responsible for presenting the company and securing contracts. Therefore, an open mind to dealing with company sales is a must. Our interns must possess qualities of a self starter, quick thinker, leadership, organization. He/she should also possess knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Applicants must have a working computer, internet and phone line.
