Introduction
Help to improve the Dutch infrastructure and be part of an international team of civil specialists in the beautiful surroundings of Amersfoort. This position is also open for non Dutch speaking persons who are committed to learning our language and Dutch building regulations. One of the main challenges is the Dutch soil which makes building definitely different and more complex because of the constant struggle with water.

The company provides consultancy, design, engineering and management services in the fields of infrastructure, environment and buildings and employs over 15.000 people worldwide. The department is specialised in constructive design and consultancy for large infrastructure such as bridges, flyovers, tunnels, harbours etc. The main client is the Dutch governmental which assures a filled order book in these times.
Function description
A new career opportunity has just opened up for a civil engineer with 2 to 5 years work experience, strong calculation skills and solid AutoCAD experience. Preferably you have worked in infrastructure and know how to deal with reinforced (prefab) concrete and steel. The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch and experienced with Dutch regulations but the position is also open for non Dutch speaking EC nationals that are willing to learn and commit themselves to this position. The successful candidate can expect a one year project contract and afterwards te intention to a direct labour contract with our client.
Package
• 31 – 39 K gross per annum (incl. 8% holiday allowance)
