The Finance Director will be expected to maximize the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems for the foundation.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the financial administration of the company and affiliates in accordance with approved policies and procedures and quality business practices.
• Protect the Company’s assets
• Make recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of the foundation concerning ways of reducing operating costs, increasing revenues, and enhancing the efficiency of operations.
• Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Finance Department. Areas of responsibility include financial reporting and analysis (internal and external), budgeting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements by researching existing and new legislation, consulting with outside advisors, and filing financial reports as required.
• Oversee the budget/planning functions of the foundation and its affiliates.
• Accomplish personal and overall Finance and Corporate goals.

• Review and analyze the financial statements of the foundation and communicating this to the CEO and the Board.

Skills:
• Health Care experience in Accounting.
• Demonstrated proven leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Master’s of Business Administration or Accounting preferred.
