Our client is one of the leading luxury car manufacturer with their European Service Centre is based in Holland. For the HQ, they are looking for fluent candidates with fluency in English, German and Slovak to provide excellent customer service and deal with variety of tasks.
Job Description:
• Dealing with warranty matters
• Liaison with care dealers
• Ordering accessories and spare parts
• Road assistance
