I`m going to graduate soon from the University of cooperative studies in Karlsruhe with a Diploma in industrial safety engineering. My studies were accompanied by a job training at the research center of Karlsruhe. There, I obtained distinctions in radiation measurement technology, radiochemistry, emission control, air pollution surveillance, dosimetry, organizational and practical radiation detection. Furthermore I completed an internship at Marienhospital Stuttgart to gain experience in nuclear medicine, X-ray diagnostics and radiation therapy. I have the maturity, skills and abilities to embark on a career as an Engineer and I'd like to do this in Japan. For many years I´ve been fascinated by Japan because of it´s special culture and career chances. And from the beginning of my studies I´ve planned to live and work abroad afterwards because I´m looking for a new interesting challenge.
As I am Canadian and my English is almost fluent I would also be highly interested in a Teacher´s job. I´ve been giving private lessons to students in English, German and Maths for many years and I can say that I have a good knowledge of human nature and great social abilities.
My strong personality, my working experience and my education, which will be successfully completed in September 2008, make me a qualified candidate for a position as an Engineer for radiation detection or medical physics as well as a teacher.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
