My qualifications will fit your requirements because of my Diploma in adult education and training and years of experience working as a Trainer and facilitator for Crew Resource Management(CRM) department of Cathay Pacific Airways based in Hong Kong China. As a trainer and facilitator,we design and develop on a yearly basis new programmes to increase awareness and level of information in safety which helps them adapt to a variety of situations. These programmes are based on the different elements of CRM such as, Communication, Teamwork, Leadership, Situational Awareness, and Stress management. The implementation of these programmes is assisted by group exercises(experiential learning), videos, accident reviews, reenactment of previous accidents and group discussions.
In the year 2007, I finished a course on Teaching English as a second Language,specializaton in grammar and Business English.
