| ILLUMINE is a knowledge-based design lab
that designs "knowledge interventions" to solve the deeper challenges of change and evolution - in large human systems / communities.
As a place of work, illumine is organized such that each professional has a unique role and contribution space where s/he has the independence and freedom to grow and creatively contribute - yet having the scaffolding of guiding deeper thought and team support that won't let you down. There is also enough freedom and support to "find" your own contribution space. It could become your "spring board to personal fulfillment".
The only selection criteria - being aligned to the vision and having an "illumine" orientation.
As part of the work-culture is immense self-discipline, rigor in thinking, and the humility to work-and-rework as a team until a worldclass solution is arrived at (any way-laying personal agendas are destroyed ruthlessly).
A typical day is vibrantly full of fresh ideas, deep conversations, and an impetus to higher inner self-growth. The larger sense is one of being at the beginning of a new "knowledge" age.
It is a small team - but each member distinctly recognizable for their intense commitment to a larger purpose - with the guts to take on large world changing challenges (and actually believing in the solutions).
So only people with the courage to struggle, discipline to work in a team, and the intense aspiration to personal growth need apply.
Typical "clients" are large public sector organizations, fortune 500, development communities.... all walking their change journeys with us over periods of 2-5 years. |
