| The 2008-2009 Chef David Gilbert internship will take place at Chef Gilbert's new restaurant in Dallas, TX. The new restaurant (as yet to be named) is currently under construction and will serve a Progressive New American menu. The much anticipated grand opening is scheduled for late summer, 2008.
Chef Gilbert is looking for a culinary student or recent culinary school graduate with passion, personality, and a relentless drive for perfection. The ideal candidate should be articulate, creative, organized, and have hobbies other than cooking. |
