| Blue Sky English Academy (BSEA) is an English academy in Anjung, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. We are interested in employing a native speaker to teach English to elementary and middle school students using an integrated skills approach.
Job Description
Days & hours of operation: Monday - Thursday, 1:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
No classes on Fridays and Korean national holidays
Duration of contract: Dec. 2008 through Dec. 2009
Classroom hours: 30 hours per week
Location: Anjung is 90 minutes south of Seoul by bus
Compensation & Benefits
ƒ Salary of 2.3 million Won per month, determined by educational background and teaching experience
ƒ Fully furnished housing, teacher pays monthly utilities
ƒ Round-trip ticket ¡V origin/destination negotiable
ƒ Severance pay after the completion of the contract equal to one months salary
ƒ Medical insurance will be provided with the teacher paying half of the premiums
ƒ Vacation: 14 days of paid vacation, and 16-17 national holidays
Application Requirements
The successful applicant must posses an undergraduate degree (B.A./B.S.), TEFL Certificate, and provide sealed transcripts.
Language Requirements: English-Native speaker fluency
