We are Bauer Foundations Phils.,INC. A subsidiary of BAUER Spezialtiefbau and one of the leaders in foundation technology worldwide. We have been active in Southeast Asia for the past 30 years and operational in the Philippines since 1995.
During the years from 1995 to present, our company has executed Bored Piling of various sizes ranging from diameter 800mm to diameter 3000mm for elevated highways and railway transits, industrial and commercial complexes – two of which are the SM Mall of Asia where we did the bored piling works for both its North and South Parking Buildings in 2003 and the Bridgeway for the Ecomcenter and SMX in April 2007. We also do Ground Improvement using Stone Columns and Soil Cement Columns. Our clientele includes local companies such as SM Prime Holdings, Inc. Robinson’s Land Corp., Ayala Land, Inc., Makati Development Corp. EEI Corp., and Filinvest, First Balfour, Hazama Corporation, Sumitomo, Luzon Hydro Corp. And many other international construction companies active in the Philippines.
We have shown in the region that wherever high performances were required to complete large volume work, BAUER was able to execute such projects on time and at very competitive rates. This is possible due to the cohesive cooperation (networking) of the BAUER subsidiaries in Southeast Asia.
With the vast experience we have gained in Southeast Asia and the Philippines during the last 30 years, we are always willing and happy to assist in the foundation design with the aim of arriving at the most optimized solution.
