| PeopleLex is a recruiting service that reduces recruiting costs by 90% by combining live recruiters with technology to reduce the cost of sourcing and screening candidates. The service includes sourcing candidates from standard sources (e.g. Monster/CareerBuilder/LinkedIn), the open web (e.g. Blogs) and other proprietary sources. Live recruiters then screen these candidates for interest, fit and other client criteria. Employers and Recruiters can utilize the screened shortlisted candidates to interview and hire. Current client mandates include some of the worlds largest companies and startups.
PeopleLex`s service fees start from $500 and vary depending on the screening requirements and other criteria. These fees are typically in the range of a job post and is a 90% reduction in costs when compared to the 20-30% of annual compensation that other typical recruiting services charge. Also, to minimize client risk, this payment is ONLY made if the resumes are acceptable. |
