| We are Sydney`s biggest fast casual noodle bar chain. Our concept is to let the customer build their own noodle dish by choosing the cooking style, Thai, Malay or Chinese, the type of noodles and ingredients. We have since expanded into curries, stir-fries, soups, hawker specials and kids menu. Our philosophy hasn`t changed over the years. It`s simply “to serve fresh and nutritious food that is cooked to order and flavourful, in an open kitchen/ bar atmosphere that has high energy, providing helpful, friendly no-rules service and value for money".
We are currently seeking a Head Chef/ Executive Chef for one of our locations in Sydney. We are looking for a talented, creative and knowledgeable Chef who wants to join a leading chain in one of its top locations and develop the food, systems and standards. The person should be passionate about creating the best, flavourful, finger licking food that differentiates Wok on Inn from its competitive set. The person needs to personify our company culture and work ethos which can be summed up as: “Do whatever it takes to get the task accomplished using good judgment at all times.”
The person would be working with a highly experienced and seasoned management team which has over 85+ years of combined business and restaurant experience spanning across Australia, US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The directors of Wok on Inn are graduates of Cornell University’s reputable School of Hotel Administration. The Corporate Chef (American) has over 20 years experience with leading Asian chains across the US. |
