Position Overview:
The success of Inscrybe, ADAT’s emergent strategic platform focused on the healthcare market, depends upon strong adoption and usage by physicians and their office staff. To address this need the Director, establishes and operates a process to drive the physician office usage of the Inscrybe portfolio solutions within a defined quality setting. This role consists of implementing and supporting two types of physician user recruitment programs; sponsored and independent. Sponsored programs are training and recruitment programs funded and directed by clients in the home healthcare and home medical equipment sectors. Independent recruitment programs are primarily formulated by the Director, working directly with physician groups / practices for maximum strategic leverage. The position will be performance assessed by a series of metrics around physician office enrollment into and usage of Inscrybe. |
