Walton’s Land Acquisition Team has over 70 years experience in real estate, and only acquires land following careful market research, due diligence and the evaluation of each property. Prior to entering a new market, Walton meticulously researches economic conditions and factors, as well as local planning initiatives, in order to identify land in strategic locations relative to new growth. Our strength and size provides the buying power to acquire land in large quantities.
Following the success of our experience in the Calgary and Edmonton markets, the expansion into Arizona and the Greater Golden Horseshoe in Ontario will allow us to continue to offer solid real-estate opportunities to people looking to diversify and balance their portfolios.
