All levels of architects required for large international design consultancy in UAE and Qatar.
My Client is an International Architectural practice working on prestigious projects in Gulf region. They have an opportunity for Project Architects to join their teams in Dubai and Qatar. Successful candidates will be required to work on site in a supervisory role and display excellent management skills to ensure the successful delivery and completion of the project.
University educated with a degree in Architecture/Design, you will have at least 8+ years experience on large mixed-use projects.
Also looking for a Senior Architect you will lead design teams principally engaged in Architecture and high rise buildings. You will plan and implement the project start up and monitor performance through to completion. You will be required to manage the inputs from other offices, which may vary between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Deliver the services to an agreed programme managing the Client's expectations, risks and opportunities as they arise and change. Develop and recognise new opportunities in conjunction with the Office Directors and deputise as necessary.
Your responsibilities will include managing the commercial aspects of the projects,
So you must be financially aware. Ensure Technical Quality through checking and verification by others and operate within best practice processes to ensure a Quality Service.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage the design process.
The right applicant will possess a degree in Architecture, be RIBA qualified and have at least 10+ years experience with exposure to a variety of projects including high rise buildings. The position would be suitable for someone who wants to develop their Architectural skills. A competitive package reflecting skills and ability will be provided. |
