This worldwide contractor has evolved into one of the largest names in construction in the UK and overseas with a well established record on multimillion pound prestige projects.
They are currently looking for M&E Quantity Surveyors / Commercial Managers in Dubai for various multimillion pound projects.
You will be responsible for establishing claims for additional cost and extension of time, need to be capable of interpreting and implementing the commercial aspects of contracts, have experience in pre and post contract Quantity Surveying, FIDIC and also be able to collect money from the Client.
This company is building some of the biggest and most talked about projects in the UAE.
Although not essential, a Bsc Degree in Quantity Surveying is an advantage along with MRICS status.
All applicants should have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience (MEP).
Quantity surveyors from all backgrounds whether it be Consulting or Contracting would be considered.
Very competitive salaries are on offer which are dependent on experience and qualifications.
