General Statement Of Duties:
Performs a variety of tasks in the daily operation of food service. Performs food preparation and cooks meals on a daily basis. Responsible for assisting with supervision of kitchen staff and service personnel, when necessary. Receives direction from Director of F&B, assists in achieving proper sanitation, food quality, and presentation standards. |
