Key result areas in Business Development:·
To identify opportunities locally/ regionally and internationally, that will attract inward investment.·
To initiate contact with targeted customers in an attempt to sell them on establishing their operation.·
Active participation in road-shows, exhibitions, events to position as a world-class solution to global community offering a cutting-edge technology and infrastructure in man-made peninsula. Extensive travel maybe required. Maintain follow up on all enquiries resulting from advertising, trade shows, business trips, and Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing (overseas offices) and / or representatives.·
To assist in feasibilities, consultant liaison, approvals, contracts, tenders financial management, delivery supervision/project management and marketing of the finished product (leasing and sale) of property to global community.·
Play a lead role in the identification and qualification of opportunities, executing and developing relationships in line with the sales engagement strategy and critically reviewing progress. ·
Responsible for defining, proposing and negotiating solutions as appropriate, including scoping, financial arrangements and contracts in line with company procedures.Key result areas in Sales: ·
To develop sales in line with the sales strategy, working closely with the relevant Heads of Departments and Product Manager to secure success and deliver the agreed Revenue and Profit budget.·
To meet, or exceed, budgeted sales figures in terms of revenue and licenses/leases signed.·
Actively manage the pipeline and forecast, ensuring that this is adequate at all times. ·
Continue relevant dialogue with new and existing customers to capitalize on opportunities and to be aware of potential problems before they materialize.·
Must travel within areas of responsibility to attract new business and maintain existing customers within named territory.·
To monitor and maintain current information on competitive areas, both regionally and internationally.·
To maintain open, frank fair and honest communication to encourage positive exchange of ideas as it relates to individual/ company performance.·
To properly allocate office and warehouse space through the system.Market watch:·
To keep market watch and provide feedback to the management on any change in local property market rate metrics, relevant legislative impact on business.
