As part of an integrated project team, you will contribute to field development studies, aiming at identifying technically sound and economically attractive development activities. You will be responsible for geophysical tasks associated with the and appraisal projects and you will play an important role as a mentor for less experienced geophysicists and geologists in the department. In connection with the ongoing 4D seismic projects, you will be working in close cooperation with reservoir engineers, petrophysicists and development geologists.
You will have strong analytical and communication skills, be educated to MSc/PhD level and possess a sound record of experience in the oil industry, working for an oil operator. An ideal candidate will be experienced in development geophysics (advanced seismic interpretation, modeling, inversion, rock physics, fault analysis etc.). An experience in 4D seismic projects is an advantage.
