Apparel Wharehouse in Brooklyn is seeking a Shipping Manager.
Our ideal candidate will:
Provide direct supervision to a team of associates in a pick/pack dept.
Responsible for training and development of staff.
Ensure company standards for accuracy and quality are maintained.
Create reports for management on productivity for department.
Efficiently coordinate daily workloads for team members
2-3 Years experience at a supervisor level in a fast paced wharehouse environment is required. Must have adequate computer skills and have the ability to multi task, set priorities and support goals of the division.
