This leading Organisation is seeking an experienced HR Director for a permanent role to be based in Qatar.
In this role you will be in charge of development of policies, procedures, staff recruitment, staff development, payroll and any other HR issues, which arise.
You will manage a small HR team and be involved in monitoring progress of this team. You will report to the Board and CEO on HR issues and produce reports and presentations as required.
To apply you will have a minimum 7+ years HR experience and 2+ years in a senior role. Any implementation of HR / IT systems is a bonus though not essential.
In return you will receive a TAX FREE salary ranging between £50k-£60k per annum (Taxed equivalent of £70-£80k) plus extensive benefits. You will also receive free executive housing, transportation, flights, bonuses, free medical insurance and cover and family benefits if applicable. The total package equates to circa £100 in value).
