As a provider of multi disciplined technical services to the built environment, my client is committed to design excellence in the delivery of first class solutions which combine innovation, imagination and best practice.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Architect to provide architectural, planning and technical co-ordination expertise within the architectural out-sourcing design team within the Bangalore India office.
Our current landmark projects include the Bahrain World Trade Centre and the stunning Trump International Hotel & Tower – The Palm Jumeirah.
Responsibilites
To manage and co-ordinate the efficient production of documentation for a number of projects simultaneously.
To work with and manage concept design and development teams
To manage the production of construction issue documentation for a number of projects
Provide technological input and supervise technical input by others within the Architectural discipline
To supervise the work of other members of the out-sourcing design team

Requirements
Technical Competencies
Essential
Minimum 10 years experience in detail design, production of drawings, able to analyse technical/construction/build-ability issue and provide drawings and specifications coordinated with engineering and other disciplines
Should be AutoCAD competent and able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision, within a multi-disciplinary team
Experience in a variety of buildings such as high rise towers, hotels, and mixed-use buildings
Have experience in a variety of sectors including high-rise, hotel and leisure, transportation, retail or offices
Able to manage an architectural out-sourcing design team and coordinate across disciplines to achieve quality and timelines
Able to communicate effectively with international team on project progress, resources and quality
