This well established facility is seeking to appoint a Director of Nursing / Patient care. This is a permanent role and will be based in Kuwait.
In this role you will establish goals and direction for nursing and patient services, set and work within budgets and ensure targets are being met.
You will take decisions affecting patient care and ensure all care is of the highest possible standard. Other duties will include hiring, managing and developing staff.
To apply you will have an extensive nursing background with several years clinical care experience and a minimum of 4+ years management experience.
Strong evaluation and project management skills are also required as are communication skills.
