MEP Quantity Surveyors
We require urgently MEP Quantity Surveyors capable of doing post contract Quantity Surveying and Billing in Airconditioning, Building Electricals and/or Plumbing Projects.
The Job Description is as follows :-
Diploma Holders or Graduate Engineers in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience in Post Contract Quantity Surveying in large industrial/infrastructural, multidisciplinary sites. Candidates should have good knowledge of contract terms and measurement and billing methodologies. Good communication skills, pleasing personality and ability to document and convince clients and consultants is a prime prerequisite.
