WPRS Ltd is working exclusively with a prestigious Australian Architect and Design company based in Queensland Australia. They are currently seeking qualified Architects to join them for permanent roles. If you have ever dreamt of living the Australian dream, this is your chance.
In your role as Architect you will be assigned to existing and new projects. You will be tasked with managing documentation of building applications and construction details, preparing tender documentation, design and design development and site inspections.
You will be responsible for ensuring you meet project deadlines including overtime as needed. Collaborate with the team and the client to understand and document project requirements establish project goals and success strategies to evaluate work in progress and completion.
You will also prepare documentation according to instructions from Project Architect, manage the coordination and integration of consultants work, lead team and client meetings to present and review work strategy and documents and train and mentor graduates and students in ongoing and current projects.
To apply for the roles you must possess a Bachelor Degree in Architecture or related field, be registered with the Architects Board in your country, have knowledge of AutoCAD and have demonstrated administrative experience in project leadership or management.
You will also be a Registered Architect with demonstrated strength in knowledge of construction methods and detailing. Other areas include you having demonstrated knowledge of documentation standards, town planning systems and building regulation and/or the ability to research and correctly interpret such standards.
Other requirements include strong design skills and broad knowledge of design, good verbal and graphic communication skills, the ability to correctly interpret consultant’s documents and a minimum of 7+ years industry experience.

In return you will receive a salary of circa $AUD 80 - $90K AUD per annum plus housing assistance and other benefits including the client meeting all immigration and visa costs.
