In this role, you will prepare Math teaching materials, deliver Math lessons, and assess students’ performance in Math, in the Foundations Year of the Diploma and Higher Diploma programs. The aim of the curriculum is to help students develop the basic math skills necessary to function effectively in their coursework for their chosen majors and, eventually, to function effectively in an international work environment.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree with a major or minor in Mathematics (Masters preferred)
o At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary, secondary or vocational level, with a focus on basic skills using numbers and pre-Algebra
o Knowledge of contemporary teaching practices and computer assisted learning
