Purpose of the Job
•Manage OSS (primarily Nokia NetAct) platform in Operations Centre.
•Develop and implement processes to manage OSS platform.
•Plan & Integration Network element to OSS
•Ensure of the system in functionality PM,CM and FM
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the performance and quality of the technical platform, servers etc. in the customer site and Nokia Testbed
• Control data flow from the network to the OSS System and plan the corrections and extensions to the OSS accordingly
• Prepare action plans for future software and hardware upgrades in the OSS
• Co-operate with other Network Operation Centre personnel in trouble and emergency situations
• Train other Network Operation Centre personnel in the use of the OSS and its features.
Competence
Experience (Recommended work experience for this position):
• Nokia NetAct Administration
• Nokia NetAct user management
• Experience in different databases and UNIX platforms use in Nokia NetAct
