This highly prestigious organisation is seeking and experienced Club Services Manager for its highly prestigious Sports / Health Club for a permanent role based in Qatar.
This is an opportunity to work for a well-known name and a top-level club. The club caters to both Corporate and leisure guests and members.
In this role you will be responsible for the Engineering and Maintenance, Club Recreation & Housekeeping sections and create policies and procedures for these sectors as well as training and hiring and firing of staff as required.
You will look for ways to create new opportunities for new recreation activities and plans in order to promote the Club services and activities for members and to attract new members.
Other duties include ensuring guest and staff safety, training and dealing with any issues, which may arise.
To apply for the role you will have a Health and Fitness background with a minimum of 5 years in the sector and 1+ years Management experience background. Working to targets and deadlines is essential as are strong presentation and customer service skills.
In return you will receive a salary between £30k - £35k GBP TAX FREE (£42 - £47k Taxed equivalent) - negotiable to the right candidate plus a full benefits package including housing and many other benefits.
