Do you have your finger on the pulse of the market trends? Are you orientated to results not production, and always on the look out for opportunities and grasping initiative? This is an amazing opportunity to join a highly successful International Real Estate, Corporate and Holiday Events Company to be an example representative of the company internally and externally representing the company throughout the Iberian Peninsula and will report to the company’s Director of Sales in the UK. Key responsibilities will include defining and implementing sales strategies for Spain, commencing and developing commercial structure with reputable agents in Spain, develop and plan zoning strategy within the business plan for geographical areas, and determining objectives and priorities. Furthermore you would be required to take responsibility and control of the sales budget and results for the company in Spain. Moreover, the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination, direction and training of the Spanish sales team, currently 18 employees strong. You will assure the best training, formation and bench marking for all employees. You should integrate and lead the team to success and understand how to motivate and maintain a pleasant working environment. It is absolutely essential that you have a complete understanding of all legal, technical and economical aspects of business. You will be required to provide legal, technical and economical solutions and also handing information “down the line” in order to help staff training. Additionally you will need excellent knowledge of “International Trading”, especially in real estate. You should also be educated to Masters Level, and be highly experienced with a minimum of 10 to 12 years in a similar post such as Senior Manager in Real Estate, Construction or Finance company with considerable experience leading teams. Furthermore you should have solid experience in sales, particularity in the upper end of the market and have great vision and a commercial outlook. There is a fantastic remuneration package with company car available to the successful applicant. |
