Job description
Handle all incoming contacts from end-users and distribution partners from Europe, Middle East and Africa in at least 2 languages fluently with a goal to maximise the immediate resolution rate in areas such as :
Technical questions
General information requests
Product launches & promotions
Complaints and queries
Service and repair queries
Samples & Orders
Use judgements to deal with calls, which cannot be handled at first contact and escalate and follow-up appropriately as required.
Obtain accurate customer details and amend contact-handling system when applicable
Generation of sales leads from these contacts
Execution of Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Product Surveys
Candidate Profile
Fluent/ native in one or more of the following languages (written and spoken):
Native German with English or French or Spanish or Italian
Native German with French in combination of both languages
Native Spanish with Italian in combination of both languages
Native Dutch with English
Native French with English
HBO degree or equivalent experience
System knowledge on Windows applications, ERP database (Oracle 11i) order management.
Initiating and driving further efficiency improvements
Customer focused, People oriented, Strong independent behaviour
Strong commercial affinity
Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships, a team player
Ability to work and perform under pressure
