The job incumbent is responsible for the review of drawings of marine constructions and equipment within the limits of the applicable Rules & Regulations, instructions and DPO delegations and in accordance with Bureau Veritas Rules and
Regulations, internal instructions, national and international Regulations.
- Review and validation of drawings of marine constructions and equipment within the limits of the applicable Rules, Regulations and DPO delegations
- Continuous development of the level of technical content of data on which the professional judgement is based
- Attend meetings and workshops directly or indirectly in connection with design review
- Prepare reports, time-sheets, account details and other information for further processing
- Maintaining internal and external communication
- Actively participate in the sharing of knowledge and information (Knowledge Management)
- Conveying of knowledge and experience to other Surveyors
- Adhere to the execution of the policy concerning occupational health, safety and welfare |
| Habilidades: |
- BSc degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or equivalent
- Basic marine experience or 6-12 months
- Basic delegation levels and intensive training scheme within areas of specialisation (Hull, Machinery, Electricity, Safety, Stability)
- Flu |
