UAT Job duties and responsibilities :
Reviewing analysis and design artifacts
Identify test and business data requirements
Develop and execute test scripts from functional specs / Use Case documentation
Identify and prioritize the test scenarios required
Report progress against the plan and report on issues arising as required by the team lead
Ensure that test deliverables are consistent with the business scope and functional specifications.
Fits in quickly with the teams and develops effective and supportive relationships with colleagues
Qualifications and Skills
A) Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer/IT related field.
B) A qualification in IT with 3 years relevant experience is required.
C) Knowledge in Retail Banking, Corporate banking, Asset Management, Investment banking (Testing of Banking product)
D) Experience in testing Core Banking systems (Systematics; especially modules like GN,IM,ST,RO,IR,ALS)
E) Experience in testing ATM/Switching technologies (IST Switch)
F) Experience in testing Card Management systems
G) Experience in testing Brokerage applications
H) Experience in testing Internet Banking, Telephone Banking & Call Center solutions (SIEBEL).
I) Experience in Testing wholesale Banking solutions (MIDAS, City Dealer, Plato, FX etc)
J) Experience in testing EFT solutions (STELINK, Steria)
K) Experience in Testing TELLER applications
L) Experience in using automated test tools like Rational Test Studio/ Mercury Tools
M) Knowledge and experience of the full testing lifecycle
N) Excellent Communications skills (both oral and written)
O) Ability to independently resolve issues with minimal supervision
P) Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision and lead a group of individuals
Q) Excellent verbal and written skills (some areas require written and spoken Arabic and English Languages).
