| Descipción del Empleo: |
· Provide leadership and direction to the VAS Network team in order to maximise customer satisfaction through dependability, reliability. Activities include:
- Planning & Design
- Fault resolution
- System maintenance and upgrade
- New product and service integration and testing
- Project participation
· Establish targets for Service Management and track performance to ensure that the Digicel’s products and services deliver the highest levels of availability and performance
· Ensure that the VAS Network group exceeds the Service Level Agreements as agreed with the business
· Deliver the necessary support to the relevant areas in the Technology organisation to meet agreed timelines for new service introduction
· Liase with third party Vendors to ensure necessary support agreements are in place and met.
· Drive service quality initiatives and ensure that proactive planning and maintenance is in place to support new service introduction and growth
· Develop and introduce sustainable standards and practice in operations
· Review effectiveness of VAS Network in order to develop best practice, seek internal customer feedback, implement corrective actions and exploit opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement
· Establish and maintain regular communication with staff, set development objectives and give performance feedback in order to create a high performance culture within the VAS group
· Set targets, monitor progress and take firm corrective action when required.
· Continuously strive for greater efficiencies within the group with a view to achieving improvements across the Technology Organisation
· Liase with Account Management to foster strong relationships across the business to ensure that the group is positioned to respond to changing demands on the products and services delivered

| Habilidades: |
· Previous experience of Rollout, Service Delivery and Operations of GSM Networks and associated Value Added Services
· Clear understanding of Network Technology development, allied to an understanding of the IP network domain and associated security issues
·Previous people management experience which should include setting objectives, coaching for performance, giving feedback.
· Proven track record in striving for continuous improvement and driving efficiencies, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Excellent leadership and influencing skills
