We need people in the Dickson, TN and or surrounding areas
It's one of the few industries that doesn't require a college degree to make lots of money. In fact, as a mortgage originator, the only limit to income potential is your own effort and ability.
Requirements:
A desire to succeed
Ability to do product needs assessment
Be comfortable on the phone
Proven sales/relationship building and or customer service experience
One to two years experience originating mortgage loans
Experience in mortgage operations, processing or underwriting with a minimum of one year industry related sales experience or real estate may be substituted for mortgage origination experience
Working knowledge of FNMA, FHLC, FHA, and VA guidelines
