The job incumbent is responsible for the oil inspection/superintendency business and its national and regional development, respectively in the assigned country chain or key accounts. He performs the job within the framework of the company Quality Assurance System, the Code of Ethics and the Group policy. He maintains strong relationship with current Key accounts.
- Secure commercial relations with current key accounts (incl. project / marketing strategy, problem solving, implementing the company’s cross-selling strategy)
- Retaining and growing the national chain / key account business and the customer portfolio in his area of responsibility
- Identify new business opportunities (existing clients and new clients)
- Assist HO to prepare commercial and technical proposal
- Organize and perform inspection and supervision of loading/discharging of crude oil, Petroleum Products and LPG/NLG
- Lead and train employees in the area of responsibility (individual development, motivation, assessment, feedback)
- Staff and recruit employees for the area of responsibility in cooperation with supervisor
- Responsible for the contribution margin development in his country (e.g. implementation of price increases, product mix, service commitment to the chain)
- Provide feedback to HO (Business line and Africa Zone)
- Responsible for Customer Relationship Management (incl. project / marketing strategy, problem solving, implementing the company’s cross-selling strategy)
- Communicate market information back to the organisation
- Audit of regional oil inspection units |
| Habilidades: |
- Graduate level/Technical Level/Nautical Master – good expertise in oil business
- 15 years job related experience
- Management aptitude (communication, leadership)
- Fluent in English and if possible good French
- Presentation skills
- Basic P |
