Due to the emerging buoyant market conditions in the Netherlands (& across various regions of Europe within our Network) and in tandem with the solid growth enjoyed by “Blue Lynx Executive Recruitment & Talent Management”, our Consultancy is concentrating our efforts across the range of multi disciplinary professionals of a senior Management disposition who wish their careers furthered & bettered.
In short, we are seeking candidates of all backgrounds, of all cultures & languages, of all sector experience but with a common concentrated Senior Management experience who may wish to be represented by us within our Network of Internationally Recognized Clientele for immediate & future consideration.
Senior Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents of all departments such as HR, Marketing Sales, IT, Finance, Operations and beyond for positions of equal or increased seniority entailing all relevant strategic & operational control & decision making
Candidate Profile
10 years and more Middle to Senior Management experience earned from all considered sector types with a wide variety of educational & academic backgrounds.
Strong Character, Progressive Mentality, Internationally Orientated, Decisive with Strategic overviews & Determined Operational Prowess
Focused individual & willing to transfer talent to new directions amongst varied enterprises
