Required Experience :
• Position will be responsible for supervising/managing/overseeing the whole functions of the hotel.
• In preparing for this position, candidate ideally will have worked as a General Manager for an upmarket hotel and should have proven experience in successfully managing hospitality entities such as Island Resorts .
• Requires a minimum of 8 year(s) of supervisory experience.
• Requires a minimum of 3 year(s) of experience as a General Manager in a Four/ Five star Hotel establishment.
• Approximate full time staff under this position: 100 Max
• This position reports to: the Group Operations Director
Technical Requirements:
• Solid training in all areas of Hotel Management/ Front Office/ Food & Beverage/ Food Production/ Hygiene and Sanitation/ Safety Procedures/ Security Controls/ House Keeping and
Finance Management.
• Prepare budgets and projections and make presentations to the Board.
• Oversee consolidation of budgets and projections, Revenue, Occupancies.
• Hotel Management Degree or equivalent.
• Prepare and review daily reports.
Leadership Requirements:
• Ability to manage change effectively.
• Communicate the goals and objectives and inspire employees to achieve those goals.
Managerial Requirements:

Educational Requirements:
