Job Profile
Account Manager (Technical Support) to support our client’s European client base on their property management accounting software. This person is responsible for relationship management with clients, support calls and meetings, logging issues in their CRM system and other related tasks. In addition to ‘how to’ questions, this role will involve basic trouble-shooting, testing of new functionality (to resolve client issues), database setup and support of our traveling implementation staff.
Candidate Profile
Experience using computerized bookkeeping or accounting software
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office
Knowledge of relational databases a plus
Fluent in English and at least one other European Language (Dutch, German, preferred; other languages a plus)
Ability to work in a pressurised and stressful environment
Persuasive and able to deal with difficult and demanding people
Time management
Good telephone manner
Customer-focused, with a desire to help people
Patient & tolerant
Methodical
Problem solving & analytical skills
Excellent communicator
Team player
Bookkeeping experience, preferably in the real estate/property management field would be an advantage.
