Marketing Manager (Loyalty & Bonus)
Our client are market leaders in the Online Gaming industry, we are looking for a Product Manager (Loyalty & Bonus) with excellent online technical experience to join our team in Gibraltar. You will play a pivotal role in the ongoing maintenance and development of our products and will be a confident, clear communicator who is educated to degree level. Your main responsibilities as a Product Manager will involve:
•Maintaining, managing and helping develop bonus and loyalty programs for company run products and brands
•Generating new product ideas and offer enhancements to existing products
•Developing and owning responsibility for the product roadmap, including scoping, analysing and prioritising incoming requests, then negotiating launch timeframes with development teams
•Acting as the main interface between many internal departments in order to ensure all required improvements are progressed appropriately and implementation deadlines are successfully met
•Conducting competitive analysis and continually reviewing current products and additions in order to identify areas of opportunity and development for the company
•Defining, tracking and improving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics
•Taking ownership and responsibility of the product through its lifecycle from launch through to testing stage
Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
•Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
•MBA preferred Proven online Product Management experience, including the creation of detailed functional specifications and an excellent track record of developing, marketing and launching online products or promotions
•A strong technical understanding of the web production environment, data mining and the software development process
•Experience in using programs such as Visio and Photoshop
