This long established Fresh Food Company is experiencing explosive growth. A capable team leader is required, ASAP, to take this business to the next level. After initial induction you will be trusted and expected to work autonomously. Excellent People Management & Organizational skills are the key requirements. Early 4 AM start is required giving rare day time lifestyle opportunities.
Reporting to the Company Director you will be responsible for:
• Organization of Work, People and Resources for timely completion of orders
• Management and Training of a small team (10-15)
• Overseeing Production Scheduling and Stock Control
• Ensuring GMP, Quality and Safety compliance
• Implementing improvements to the current manufacturing set-up and processes as necessary
Some food production experience is preferred but not essential. You may be a Production Manager or Supervisor who is ready to step up. All capable leaders with Big Kitchen, Large Restaurant, Butchery or similar fast paced food preparation experience will also have excellent chances of winning this position.
The ideal candidate will be:
• Honest, Practical and Reliable with a sense of ownership in the business
• Able to communicate at different levels
• Able to demonstrate proven skills in People Management, Problem Solving, Priority Setting, Planning and Organizing
• Capable of managing a fast paced environment and finding solutions to get things done
