A responsible, mature and experienced Administration Officer is required to supervise accounting, financial reporting, sales reporting, bookkeeping and general administration. This is a key position and a capable person is required to take charge of this small but busy office. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different computer programs, organize work, prioritize tasks and work autonomously are the key requirements. Experience with MYOB and ATTACHE is required.
You will:
• Ensure that the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll tasks are performed effectively.
• Ensure that the financial & sales reports are correct and produced on time.
• Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely preparation, review, posting, and processing of variety of sales, finance, payroll, personnel and purchase related documents.
• Maintain happy, productive and safe workplace.
• Helps with marketing and sales activities, as required.
• Assists in preparation of BAS and customs documentation.
• Facilitates general administration, banking, filing, mail handling, maintenance of office supplies/equipment, relief reception duties and ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Administration, accounts and office experience is required ideally with FMCG. A mature, loyal and responsible person with experience in managing all aspects of a small office in a food distribution business would be just perfect.
The ideal candidate will be:
• Experienced in bookkeeping, financial reporting and sales analysis
• Experienced in MYOB and ATTACHE
• Able to manage work under pressure within the time constraints
• Well experienced in general administration and office duties
• Able to demonstrate proven skills in bookkeeping, report generation, managing multiple tasks, prioritizing and office operations
• Able to work in a small team and communicate effectively
• Able to multi-task, be accurate, organize effectively, prioritize, work autonomously and to exercise sound judgment & discretion.
