We are an International Industrial holding of Spanish origin created in 1955.
We are looking for:
Construction Manager - Dubai
Duties:
-supervision of businesses operating in Dubai.
-Active participation in gaining clients / contracts.
-Negotiations with investors and developers.
-Making regular inspections of Company's jobsites.
-Negotiation of Contracts and site services for the projects
-Budget management and budget supervision and execution.
-Meeting with customers both internal and external in order to solve problems
-Monthly reporting to headquarters.
Requirements:
-min. 5 years experience on a similar position in an international company
-Very strong managerial skills (project management, finance management)
-Very good knowledge of English, Spanish will be an asset
-Very strong academic background (civil engineering + management post graduate studies).
-Ideal candidate knows and understands Spanish culture and mentality (thanks to his / her experience gained in Spain or working with Spanish people). However, no candidates shall be discarded for this reason
