This leading Healthcare Facility based in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join them for a permanent role to be based in Kuwait.
In this role you will be responsible for the strategic HR direction and setting up the core HR functions. You will manage all HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, training, inductions, career development of employees, performance Management and other duties as required.
You will also develop and implement HR Policies and Procedures, establish communication throughout the Organisation and meet with Senior personnel to establish and implement guidelines.
Other areas will include advising on training, staff management, discipline etc and maintaining up to date records for sickness, holiday etc. You will also assist with job descriptions and recruit staff where required in the best ways possible.
To apply you will have 5+ years experience in Human Resources with 3+ years in a HR Manager role. You will preferably be degree qualified (though not essential), have excellent communication and organisational skills and a proven track record.
In return you will receive a TAX FREE salary of circa £27K - £30K GBP per annum. You will also receive a free fully furnished apartment, free transportation, free healthcare, family benefits (if applicable), flights and annual bonus).
