Our client are a leading Online Gaming Company, they currently have a requirement of a Dialogue Specialist. The role involves creating, implementing, continually improving a dialogue communication programme to maximise the customer database. This is a sales role so success will be based on response rate and actual sales. Campaign initiatives across departments in relation to online and off line campaigns including creative input and copywriting will all fall under the incumbents duties.
As Dialogue Specialist you will report to the Customer Manager and be charged with converting registrations into active customers, customer retention, ongoing retention, winning back customers and making sure the customers experience is second to none.
The right person for this role will have experience in communicating to large customer databases; any previous experience will come from a business to consumer capacity where you have to work systematically and be results driven.
The following attributes are required:
• Excellent written English
• Creative ability. One-to-one writing and communication skills a must, whilst normal advertising copywriting is of added value – able to supply portfolio of work.
• Experience with direct response media highly regarded
• Ability to work to deadlines
• At least 4-5 years of experience within consumer communication
• Team player
Whilst a second language, international experience and knowledge of the gaming industry is desirable it is not imperative.

Salary: £40K, dependant on experience.
