Coordinate among English teachers
Candidtae should have at least BA in English, teacher don't have to prepare the exams, these are already prepared for them. All they have to do is to prepare the lesson plan and come prepared to class.
As for coordinators, they shoiuld perform weekly meetings with the teachers to discuss students progress or any problems, they have to covey the meeting to respective AQC, who in turn will call parents to enquire about their children.
teachers don't have to talk to parents at all, as mentioned up, all they have to do is to be prepared fro their lessons.
