With approximately 2000 stores “world wide” our client is one of the leading sports retail companies in Europe. Our client is looking for motivated team players to work within their accounts department.
Job Profile
The Administrative Assistant Human Resource will be responsible for supporting the Vice President of Human Resources and the management team. You will be exposed to highly confidential information and therefore must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Perform administrative duties including but not limited to, typing, filing, maintaining calendars, travel arrangements, dealing with incoming mail and dispatching outgoing mail.
Maintain Employee files.
Manage specific employee relations events.
Process highly confidential information.
Invoice department expenses for administration.
Perform various projects and tasks as assigned.
Candidate Profile
The candidate will be a student or a graduate of an HBO level of Human Resources Degree program.
Comprehensive knowledge of Micro Soft Office Suite is necessary (MS Word, Excel and Power Point).
Ability to prioritise responsibilities in a very dynamic environment.
Basic math skills are required with intermediate business math skills will be an asset.
Customer service orientation required and a hands on attitude is a must.
Ability to exercise good judgment.
Displays professional, respectful, cooperative and courteous work ethic at all times.
Regular and punctual attendance.
Ability to work overtime as required.
Will adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
Able to communicate effectively and professionally when dealing with other associates, supervisors and Executive Management.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Dutch (verbal and written). Any other European language is a plus.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English.
Ability to read and interpret documents in both Dutch and English.
