Job Description:
a. To manage and lead retail sales team
b. To create network by building and maintaining good relationship with clients
c. Perform market intelligence gathering, including market size, available market, identification of target customers
d. Able to achieve sales target in average IDR 50 million / month
e. To settled retail channel distribution and incentives program for sales team
Specifications:
a. Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of experience at the same level
b. Familiar with retail marketing program in telecommunication, internet, and IT products
c. Strong leadership and communication skill in all levels
